We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes:

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting Base Salary: $61,000, competitive and commensurate with experience.
  • Hard-to-Fill Positions Stipend: Additional $2,000 for positions in Math, Science, SPED, and Tech.
  • Continued Education Incentive: 
    • $3,000 additional pay for obtaining a Master’s Degree in a related field.
    • $1,500.00 additional pay for Bachelor’s Degree + 24 Graduate Credit Hours
    • $1500 additional pay for Master’s Degree + 30 Graduate Credit Hours
    • $3,000 Annually for Your Continuing Education!
  • Longevity Pay: $1,200 for every three years of service.
  • Performance-Based Bonuses: Up to $7,500 to reward teaching excellence.
  • Health Care Benefits: School-sponsored plan covering 100% of the premium for the entire family.
  • Retirement Plan: 403(b) with 5% school matching.
  • Extracurricular Stipends: Additional stipends for sponsoring after-school clubs and enrichment programs.
  • Summer and Special Programs Stipend: This is an additional stipend for working in Summer School, Extended School Year (ESY) for exceptional students, and Saturday School programs.
